Initial post:

Your initial posts should be 150 – 200 words and is due on day 3 of the week.

Discussion question:

Using Microsoft Excel, create a vacation budget listing 10-12 different things you’ll need to purchase for your chosen “dream” vacation.

Include the following columns:

• Item Name
• Item Description
• Cost

Format the spreadsheet using 3-4 different formatting options – the choice is up to you. In addition, make sure to format the Cost column in the currency format, insert a picture, and  create a header row listing the title “Vacation Budget”.

Please attach the excel spreadsheet to the discussion board, and list the formatting options you chose in your initial post.

Follow up:

Respond to two of your peers by asking them substantive questions or offering your perspective on their post. Your follow up posts should be at least 100 words and are due on day 7 of week 4.

Discussions play an integral role in monitoring your course participation throughout the term. You should check back to the weekly discussions multiple times throughout the week to engage in the discussion with your professor and peers. Participation is only counted during the week in which this discussion is assigned. Be sure to appropriately cite any sources you use to support your responses with standard APA citations. Answer the prompt question(s) thoroughly, using at least 150-200 words, and respond to as many of your peers as possible. Note that responses to 2 of your peers are required for full credit. Be sure to answer any additional questions asked by your professor in the discussion threads. Your initial post is due by Day 3 of the current week, and follow up posts to your peers are due on Day 7!
