Review the Contracts. Presume that you are representing the employee. Write a letter to the employee describing the major terms from both agreements (at least 3 per agreement). If there are any terms that you would suggest deleting or changing, describe the same in your letter. Otherwise, let the employee know that you are happy with all terms.
