Scenario 2: Change Management Models
Compare Lewin’s Change Model with Kotter’s Eight Steps for leading Organizational Change and then answer the following questions:
Which model is more practical for driving change in an organization and why?
How can you apply either model to help yourself continuously adapt to and thrive in a dynamic competitive environment?
Scenario 3: Change Management Steps
Identify a problem at work or school or in life that requires change. Applying Kotter’s Eight Steps for Leading Organizational Change, draft a plan for driving the change.
