Change is difficult for most people—especially when they perceive the change to be negative, unnecessary, or both. Imagine that you’re a manager at company and have been told by leadership that sweeping changes will need to be made in the near future to keep the company afloat—everything from the products and services the company sells to how the company and teams within it are organized. What are some strategies you could use to motivate your team to embrace the coming changes?
