Imagine your team works for a family and child services agency that helps families foster and adopt children. You are tasked with educating families on the special considerations and potential issues they may face during this process to help these families determine if they are ready to pursue fostering or adopting children.

Create an 8- to 12-slide Microsoft^® PowerPoint^® presentation that includes the following:

·        A summary of the potential issues families may encounter through this process, including the following:

·        Potential multicultural issues

·        Experiences with blending families that already include children

·        Specific considerations for the children who are being fostered or adopted

·        A description of suggestions for how to address these issues and considerations

Create a 15-minute role-play to demonstrate to the families an example situation that represents one of the issues presented and to provide a recommendation for how to address the issue.

Include a minimum of 3 peer-reviewed sources in your presentation.

Format citations in your presentation according to APA guidelines.
