Conduct an evaluation of the team.

Use the Team Performance Evaluation Tool that you developed in Week 4 to conduct your evaluation.

Incorporate processes and approaches in your evaluation similar to those which would be conducted by a quality award team.

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper presenting:

• The evaluation tool
• The evaluation results
• Recommendations for the team’s continual improvement and learning
• A consideration for how the evaluation tool could be improved based on your findings to ensure more efficient and effective application of the tool in the future

Justify whether the team you evaluated is considered high performing.

Include at least five scholarly resources to support the development of your evaluation tool.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

Attach your Team Performance Evaluation Tool as an appendix to your paper.
