Please review Cecilie Bingham’s Tagit Case Study(2018/SAGE), (Links to an external site.) which provides an example of how a rapidly growing company was able to leverage the input of multiple stakeholders to ensure success. Some of the objectives that the company achieved from the outset paved the road to success. However, some aspects of the company’s vision were not realized, and its leadership was forced to rely on innovative techniques to address some of the shortcomings.
