HRMD 314 Week 2 Discussion 2:Group Charter
The Module 2 Activity will take place within your assigned group. Your assigned group will contain the group number in its name (e.g., “Group 1: Eloquence”), and you can find the names of the other members of your group using the “People/Groups” links on the Course Menu. You will collaborate using a discussion forum unique to your group to generate an original dialogue for the given topic.
Your instructor has placed you in a group. For this assignment, please meet with your group via your designated Group Discussion, which will be visible after your instructor assigns the groups, to create your Group Charter and decide who is representing each role.
Your instructor will designate a group member who will serve as the first “Group Leader” and responsible for submitting the charter. The group leader position will rotate among group members for subsequent team activities. Once this assignment is complete, the group leader will appoint a leader for the next group activity.

For guidance on working in groups, please review the Group Exercises page. In the event that a member of your group is not making meaningful contributions, please alert the course instructor immediately.
Only one charter, per group, is required to be submitted by the Group Leader for assessment and feedback. Your charter is due by the end of this module week.
Save your assignment using a naming convention that includes your first and last name and the activity number (or description). Do not add punctuation or special characters.
