Select one of the following countries: Sweden, Bahrain, Germany, Singapore, New Zealand, China, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, and the Netherlands.

Research the business culture of the country you selected and some companies that do business there.

Imagine you are the HR team for a U.S. company that will open its office/manufacturing operation in the country you selected. Senior management has not revised its expatriate program in a few years, and has asked you to present a new framework for the company’s program, including:

• Criteria companies usually consider in selecting expatriates
• Recommendations for the content of cross-cultural training for the host and home country employees who will be on assignment in the host country
• Strategies managers and team leaders should consider to develop effective and efficient international work teams

Create a 12- to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation of your findings (excluding the title slide and references) with speaker notes. Use citations in the slides/speaker notes and references on a separate slide at the end of the presentation in APA style.

Cite a minimum of 3 scholarly sources.
