According to your textbook, there are three different types of performance of a contract, two of which lead to contract breach.
Discuss the types of performance that lead to a contract breach. What are the differences between a minor breach and a material breach. Who gets to decide whether a breach is minor or material in any given case? What can remedies are available to the injured party in the event of a contract breach?
