Agency law dictates how one person can act on behalf of another in a business capacity. Examples of agency described in your text include real estate brokers, attorneys, business executives, and company partners.

Share two additional examples of industries that rely on agents.  Then discuss how these industries might be different if agency were not permitted under the law.
