The process of critical legal thinking is sometimes referred to as the IRAC (Issue, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion) method.
Discuss the extent to which the IRAC method can be applied to emerging legal issues, such as those raised by the distribution of digital goods and services across country boundaries via the Internet. Can IRAC be applied in such cases? If so, how must it be altered? If not, what must replace it?
