Imagine you work for a community counseling agency as a senior-level counselor. You have been asked to put together a treatment planning handbook for new counselors at the agency.

Create a 1,050- to 1,400-word handbook to do the following:

• Describe how clinical assessment affects treatment planning.
• Explain how theoretical orientations affect treatment planning.
• Explain how to produce realistic and measurable treatment goals based on a specific diagnosis.
• Describe important age- and culture-related considerations in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Include a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources.
