How do your own personality traits affect your choices for a therapeutic approach? Treatment fidelity (staying true to a particular theoretical approach) is very important for knowing what works in therapy. How will you get beyond your comfort zone in order to practice therapeutic approaches that may be required by the agency that you go to work for?
