Working in groups can be stressful due to differences in communication tactics, especially when meetings involve a virtual component. Consider virtual team meetings you’ve participated in throughout your adult life (e.g., conference calls, family calls, Skype, or FaceTime calls).

What made them successful? What made them fail? Provide two group or team communication dynamics that will result in a successful virtual meeting.
