Working in groups can be stressful due to differences in communication tactics, especially when meetings involve a virtual component. Consider virtual team meetings you’ve participated in throughout your adult life (e.g., conference calls, family calls, Skype, or FaceTime calls).

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

• What made them successful? What made them fail? Provide two group or team communication dynamics that will result in a successful virtual meeting.
• What should be done prior to, during, and after the meeting?
• How can group members improve their communication?
